THE CHARITYについて

THE CHARITYは、株式会社ペトログが主催する、どうぶつ福祉のチャリティーイベントです。第1回となる「#01 -アートで動物を救う-」では、国内外33名のアーティストによる70点を超えるアート作品の展示・販売をはじめ、保護犬・保護猫の譲渡会、チャリティーグッズやペット用品の販売、ワークショップを開催します。

アート作品のご購入は、そのまま動物たちへの支援につながります。イベントで生じた利益は全額、動物保護団体・個人活動家への必要な物資の支援に活用されます。

会期：2026年8月29日（土）〜 9月6日（日）11:00〜18:00 ※8月31日（月）は休廊
会場：JPS GALLERY Tokyo（東京都渋谷区神宮前6-27-4）｜入場無料・ペット同伴可

THE CHARITY is an animal-welfare charity event organised by Petlog Inc. Its first edition, "#01 – Saving Animals Through Art –", features an exhibition and sale of over 70 artworks by 33 artists from Japan and overseas, along with adoption events for rescued dogs and cats, sales of charity goods and pet products, and workshops.

Every purchase of an artwork directly supports animals in need: all profits from the event go towards essential supplies for animal-welfare organisations and independent rescuers.

JPS Galleryについて

2014年に香港で誕生した現代アートギャラリー。現在は東京にも拠点を構え、世界各地のアーティストの作品を展覧会や国際的なアートフェアを通じて紹介しています。次世代を担う若手アーティストのキャリア形成を継続的にサポートするほか、チャリティーイベントやオークションへの協賛を通じて、社会とアートシーンへの貢献にも力を注いでいます。

「THE CHARITY #01」は、本イベントの趣旨にご賛同いただいたJPS Galleryの多大なご協力により実現しました。協賛として会場をご提供いただくとともに、国内外33名の参加アーティストの招集にもお力添えいただいています。

Established in Hong Kong in 2014, JPS Gallery is a contemporary art gallery with a second home in Tokyo. Through its exhibitions and participation in international art fairs, the gallery introduces works by artists from around the world, while offering ongoing support to emerging artists as they build their careers. JPS Gallery is also committed to giving back — to both society and the local art community — through its sponsorship of charity events and auctions.

THE CHARITY #01 has been made possible through the generous support of JPS Gallery, which shares the vision of this event. As a sponsor, the gallery has provided its exhibition space and helped bring together the 33 participating artists from Japan and overseas.

私は人間です。生き物です。 人類の言語しかわかりません。というか日本語しか喋れません。 それでも、植物も、 犬、猫、魚、プランクトン、人間含む動物も、みんな。 この世に生命を持って産まれてきたもの達が、 もれずにみんな、それぞれ大切なものを抱きしめながら幸せでいられたらいいなと、日本の隅っこで願っております。 本展に参加させていただけるご縁を賜りましたことに、心より感謝申し上げます。 末筆ながら、関係者の皆様ならびにご来場くださる皆様のご健勝を、心よりお祈り申し上げます。

アーティストについて

田實夕夏（鉄塔）（Yuuka Tajitsu (Tetto)）（日本）

田實夕夏（鉄塔）は、感情や欲望、夢、匂い、温度など、視覚によって直接捉えることのできない現象を主題として制作を行う。人が生きるなかで経験する感動や喪失、憧れに関心を持ち、それらが記憶や身体の奥に残す痕跡や残響を探求している。絵画やインスタレーションを中心に、目に見えない感覚や過ぎ去った出来事の余韻を可視化することを試みており、その実践を通して、人間への驚きや愛着、生きることの実感について問い続けている。作品は個人的な記憶や体験から出発するが、関心は出来事そのものよりも、その後に残り続ける感覚や人間関係に向けられている。匂いが記憶を呼び起こすように、夢が目覚めた後も心に残るように、人の感情や経験は消えた後もなお人間の内側で響き続ける。作品を通して、過ぎ去ったはずの感覚が再び立ち現れる瞬間や、人と人とのあいだを静かに往復する残響の在り処を探っている。神奈川県横浜市出身。2019年、近畿大学芸術学部芸術学科造形専攻入学。在学中、コロナ禍における制作活動を通して芸術表現への関心を深める。2023年、近畿大学卒業後、尾道市立大学大学院美術研究科に進学。絵画やインスタレーションを中心に表現の幅を広げ、2025年修了。現在は社会人として働きながら、ギャラリー業務や展覧会運営に携わる傍ら、制作活動を続けている。

Artist’s Comment

I am human. I am a living being. I understand only human language—or rather, I can only speak Japanese. And yet, I believe that plants, dogs, cats, fish, plankton, animals, and human beings—all living creatures—are connected in their own way. From a small corner of Japan, I simply wish that every being born into this world with a life of its own could live happily, holding close the things that are precious to them, without anyone being left behind. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this exhibition. Finally, I sincerely wish good health and happiness to everyone involved in this exhibition, as well as to all those who visit.

About the Artist

Yuuka Tajitsu (Tetto) (Japan)

Yuuka Tajitsu (Tetto) explores phenomena that cannot be directly perceived through vision, including emotions, desires, dreams, scents, and sensations. Through painting and installation, she seeks to visualize invisible experiences and the lingering traces they leave within memory and the body. While rooted in personal memories and experiences, her work focuses less on the events themselves than on the emotions and resonances that continue to persist afterward. Just as scents evoke memories and dreams linger after waking, she investigates how emotions, moments of wonder, and lived experiences continue to shape the inner lives of individuals across time. Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, Yuuka studied Fine Arts at Kindai University and completed her MFA at Onomichi City University in 2025. She currently continues her artistic practice while working in gallery operations and exhibition management.
