THE CHARITYについて

THE CHARITYは、株式会社ペトログが主催する、どうぶつ福祉のチャリティーイベントです。第1回となる「#01 -アートで動物を救う-」では、国内外33名のアーティストによる70点を超えるアート作品の展示・販売をはじめ、保護犬・保護猫の譲渡会、チャリティーグッズやペット用品の販売、ワークショップを開催します。

アート作品のご購入は、そのまま動物たちへの支援につながります。イベントで生じた利益は全額、動物保護団体・個人活動家への必要な物資の支援に活用されます。

会期：2026年8月29日（土）〜 9月6日（日）11:00〜18:00 ※8月31日（月）は休廊
会場：JPS GALLERY Tokyo（東京都渋谷区神宮前6-27-4）｜入場無料・ペット同伴可

THE CHARITY is an animal-welfare charity event organised by Petlog Inc. Its first edition, "#01 – Saving Animals Through Art –", features an exhibition and sale of over 70 artworks by 33 artists from Japan and overseas, along with adoption events for rescued dogs and cats, sales of charity goods and pet products, and workshops.

Every purchase of an artwork directly supports animals in need: all profits from the event go towards essential supplies for animal-welfare organisations and independent rescuers.

Dates: Saturday 29 August – Sunday 6 September 2026, 11:00–18:00 (closed Monday 31 August)

JPS Galleryについて

2014年に香港で誕生した現代アートギャラリー。現在は東京にも拠点を構え、世界各地のアーティストの作品を展覧会や国際的なアートフェアを通じて紹介しています。次世代を担う若手アーティストのキャリア形成を継続的にサポートするほか、チャリティーイベントやオークションへの協賛を通じて、社会とアートシーンへの貢献にも力を注いでいます。

「THE CHARITY #01」は、本イベントの趣旨にご賛同いただいたJPS Galleryの多大なご協力により実現しました。協賛として会場をご提供いただくとともに、国内外33名の参加アーティストの招集にもお力添えいただいています。

Established in Hong Kong in 2014, JPS Gallery is a contemporary art gallery with a second home in Tokyo. Through its exhibitions and participation in international art fairs, the gallery introduces works by artists from around the world, while offering ongoing support to emerging artists as they build their careers. JPS Gallery is also committed to giving back — to both society and the local art community — through its sponsorship of charity events and auctions.

THE CHARITY #01 has been made possible through the generous support of JPS Gallery, which shares the vision of this event. As a sponsor, the gallery has provided its exhibition space and helped bring together the 33 participating artists from Japan and overseas.

人間の欲望や都合によって、多くの犬や猫が過酷な生存の危機にいます。 ghost angelの作品の主役 SUPER Love DOG は、 毎日静かにこう叫んでいます「remember love !」 今一度命の尊さに向き合い、私たちは愛ある選択を重ねることが必要です。 アートの力で言葉を超えた想いを届け、保護活動の支援や命を愛で包む輪を広げていきたい、 すべての命が安心して暮らせる地球を願い、心から愛を込めて本プロジェクトに参加します。

現代美術家・原伸一が率いるアニマル・ポップアート・グループ「ghost angel」。ghost angelは、「愛の循環」と「地球の循環」をコンセプトに活動を開始したアニマル・ ポップアート・グループです。近年では、世界各地の環境問題の現場を旅する「SUPER Love DOG」シリーズで注目を集めています。作品では、地球へのLOVE（愛）をテーマに、地球温暖化、ゴミ問題、使用済み核燃料の処理問題、洪水、森林火災など、現代社会が抱えるさまざまな環境問題を取り上げています。これらの問題による環境破壊によって、多くの動物たちは絶滅の危機に瀕しています。心・身体・魂すべてが「愛」でできたリーダー「SUPER Love DOG」は、絶滅危惧種の動物たちとともに、地球が直面する環境問題の現場を旅します。社会への鋭いメッセージ性を持ちながらも、ポップで親しみやすい表現を特徴とする作品は、多くのファンを魅了し続けています。

Artist’s Comment

Because of human desires and convenience, countless dogs and cats are facing harsh and desperate circumstances simply to survive. SUPER Love DOG, the central figure in ghost angel’s work, quietly cries out every day: “remember love!” We need to once again face the preciousness of every life and make compassionate choices, one after another. Through the power of art, I hope to convey feelings that transcend words, support animal rescue and welfare activities, and help expand a circle of compassion that embraces all living beings with love. With a heartfelt wish for a world where every life can live safely and peacefully, I am taking part in this project with all my heart and love.

ghost angel is an animal pop art group led by contemporary artist Shinichi HarA. ghost angel began its activities as an animal pop art group based on the concept of the cycle of love and the cycle of the earth. Their recent works have been attracting attention as the SUPER Love DOG series, which traveling to the World's Environmental Problem Areas.The theme is LOVE for the earth.Global warming phenomenon, garbage problem, discarded nuclear fuel problem, floods, wildfires, etc… Animals are in danger of extinction due to the damage caused by these problems. SUPER Love DOG is a leader who is made of love in body, mind and soul, travels around the problem areas of today's earth with endangered species, Ghost angel has a growing fan base for the critical yet pop artwork.
