THE CHARITYについて

THE CHARITYは、株式会社ペトログが主催する、どうぶつ福祉のチャリティーイベントです。第1回となる「#01 -アートで動物を救う-」では、国内外33名のアーティストによる70点を超えるアート作品の展示・販売をはじめ、保護犬・保護猫の譲渡会、チャリティーグッズやペット用品の販売、ワークショップを開催します。

アート作品のご購入は、そのまま動物たちへの支援につながります。イベントで生じた利益は全額、動物保護団体・個人活動家への必要な物資の支援に活用されます。

会期：2026年8月29日（土）〜 9月6日（日）11:00〜18:00 ※8月31日（月）は休廊
会場：JPS GALLERY Tokyo（東京都渋谷区神宮前6-27-4）｜入場無料・ペット同伴可

THE CHARITY is an animal-welfare charity event organised by Petlog Inc. Its first edition, "#01 – Saving Animals Through Art –", features an exhibition and sale of over 70 artworks by 33 artists from Japan and overseas, along with adoption events for rescued dogs and cats, sales of charity goods and pet products, and workshops.

Every purchase of an artwork directly supports animals in need: all profits from the event go towards essential supplies for animal-welfare organisations and independent rescuers.

JPS Galleryについて

2014年に香港で誕生した現代アートギャラリー。現在は東京にも拠点を構え、世界各地のアーティストの作品を展覧会や国際的なアートフェアを通じて紹介しています。次世代を担う若手アーティストのキャリア形成を継続的にサポートするほか、チャリティーイベントやオークションへの協賛を通じて、社会とアートシーンへの貢献にも力を注いでいます。

「THE CHARITY #01」は、本イベントの趣旨にご賛同いただいたJPS Galleryの多大なご協力により実現しました。協賛として会場をご提供いただくとともに、国内外33名の参加アーティストの招集にもお力添えいただいています。

Established in Hong Kong in 2014, JPS Gallery is a contemporary art gallery with a second home in Tokyo. Through its exhibitions and participation in international art fairs, the gallery introduces works by artists from around the world, while offering ongoing support to emerging artists as they build their careers. JPS Gallery is also committed to giving back — to both society and the local art community — through its sponsorship of charity events and auctions.

THE CHARITY #01 has been made possible through the generous support of JPS Gallery, which shares the vision of this event. As a sponsor, the gallery has provided its exhibition space and helped bring together the 33 participating artists from Japan and overseas.

私にとって創作とは、美しいものを生み出すためだけではなく、この世界との向き合い方を問い続ける行為でもあります。 私たちのすぐそばには、多くの小さな命があり、それぞれがかけがえのない時間を生きています。その存在に目を向けること、想像すること、そして思いやること。その積み重ねが、より優しい社会をつくる第一歩になると信じています。 アートは世界を直接変えることはできないかもしれません。でも、人の心を動かし、その心が誰かの行動を変えることはできます。このチャリティーを通して生まれる一つひとつの出会いと優しさが、動物たちの未来へとつながっていくことを願っています。

アーティストについて

Kaka Kylin（中国）

Kaka Kylinは、幼い頃から変わらぬ情熱で絵を描き続けてきました。中国の魯迅美術学院と日本の文化服装学院を卒業し、芸術的な才能だけでなく、高い創造力も兼ね備えています。また、ファッションデザイナーとしても活躍しています。彼女の作品では、自由な筆致を用いて独自のミニチュアの宇宙を描き出し、思考の無限の可能性を探求しています。

Artist’s Comment

For me, creating art is not simply about producing something beautiful; it is also an ongoing process of questioning how we choose to engage with the world around us. There are countless small lives living alongside us, each experiencing a precious and irreplaceable passage of time. I believe that paying attention to their presence, imagining their experiences, and showing compassion toward them are the first steps toward creating a kinder society. Art may not be able to change the world directly. But it can move people’s hearts, and those feelings can inspire people to change their actions. Through this charity, I hope that each encounter and every act of kindness that emerges will become a connection to a brighter future for animals.

About the Artist

Kaka Kylin (China)

KAKA KYLIN has demonstrated an unwavering passion for painting since her childhood. Having graduated from the LuXun Academy of Fine Arts in China and the Bunka Fashion College in Japan, she possesses not only artistic talent but also a strong sense of creativity. Additionally, she serves as a fashion designer. In her artistic endeavors, she explores the infinite possibilities of thought, utilizing free strokes to sketch a distinctive miniature universe.
