THE CHARITYについて

THE CHARITYは、株式会社ペトログが主催する、どうぶつ福祉のチャリティーイベントです。第1回となる「#01 -アートで動物を救う-」では、国内外33名のアーティストによる70点を超えるアート作品の展示・販売をはじめ、保護犬・保護猫の譲渡会、チャリティーグッズやペット用品の販売、ワークショップを開催します。

アート作品のご購入は、そのまま動物たちへの支援につながります。イベントで生じた利益は全額、動物保護団体・個人活動家への必要な物資の支援に活用されます。

会期：2026年8月29日（土）〜 9月6日（日）11:00〜18:00 ※8月31日（月）は休廊
会場：JPS GALLERY Tokyo（東京都渋谷区神宮前6-27-4）｜入場無料・ペット同伴可

THE CHARITY is an animal-welfare charity event organised by Petlog Inc. Its first edition, "#01 – Saving Animals Through Art –", features an exhibition and sale of over 70 artworks by 33 artists from Japan and overseas, along with adoption events for rescued dogs and cats, sales of charity goods and pet products, and workshops.

Every purchase of an artwork directly supports animals in need: all profits from the event go towards essential supplies for animal-welfare organisations and independent rescuers.

JPS Galleryについて

2014年に香港で誕生した現代アートギャラリー。現在は東京にも拠点を構え、世界各地のアーティストの作品を展覧会や国際的なアートフェアを通じて紹介しています。次世代を担う若手アーティストのキャリア形成を継続的にサポートするほか、チャリティーイベントやオークションへの協賛を通じて、社会とアートシーンへの貢献にも力を注いでいます。

「THE CHARITY #01」は、本イベントの趣旨にご賛同いただいたJPS Galleryの多大なご協力により実現しました。協賛として会場をご提供いただくとともに、国内外33名の参加アーティストの招集にもお力添えいただいています。

Established in Hong Kong in 2014, JPS Gallery is a contemporary art gallery with a second home in Tokyo. Through its exhibitions and participation in international art fairs, the gallery introduces works by artists from around the world, while offering ongoing support to emerging artists as they build their careers. JPS Gallery is also committed to giving back — to both society and the local art community — through its sponsorship of charity events and auctions.

THE CHARITY #01 has been made possible through the generous support of JPS Gallery, which shares the vision of this event. As a sponsor, the gallery has provided its exhibition space and helped bring together the 33 participating artists from Japan and overseas.

アーティストからのコメント

私は小さい頃からお家にわんちゃんがいる環境で育ち、今もわんちゃんと生活をしています。又、過去にも保護猫ちゃんの活動にアートの売り上げを寄付する企画に参加させて頂いたりする中で、今回のチャリティーのお話を聞き、参加させて頂きました！ 私のアートは家族や愛、平和をテーマにした作品も多く、自分の作品がわんちゃん、猫ちゃんのためになり、作品をお迎えてして下さった方の日常も私の作品で更に明るくなってもらえたら幸いです。

アーティストについて

Foomiy（日本）

岐阜県高山市生まれ。2014年に日本大学芸術学部を卒業し、2019年より本格的にアー ティストとして活動を開始。アクリル絵具やクレヨン、色鉛筆など多様な画材を用い、平面作品から立体作品まで、豊かな質感を生かした幅広い表現を展開している。2020年にはアニメ『うしがえる。もうかえる。』（声の出演：中川翔子、斎藤工ほか）のキャラクターデザインを担当。翌2021年には、サンリオ「ポムポムプリン」とのコラボレーションによるグッズを発表するとともに、渋谷PARCOにて初の個展を開催した。2022年にはコンビニエンスストア「LAWSON」とのコラボレーションを実現し、阪急メンズ東京・銀座にて新作を発表。俳優・富田佳輔としてテレビや映画などでも活動する一方、現代アーティストとしても精力的に活動の幅を広げている。

Artist’s Comment

I grew up in a home with dogs from a young age, and I still share my life with a dog today. I have also had the opportunity to participate in projects in the past where proceeds from art sales were donated to support rescued cats. When I heard about this charity initiative, I was very happy to have the opportunity to take part. Many of my artworks explore themes of family, love, and peace. I hope that my art can contribute to supporting dogs and cats, while also bringing a little more joy and brightness into the everyday lives of those who welcome my work into their homes.

About the Artist

Foomiy (Japan)

Foomiy was born in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture, he graduated from Nihon University College of Art in 2014 and began pursuing art professionally in 2019. Working with acrylics, crayons, colored pencils, and other mediums, Foomiy creates both two-dimensional and three-dimensional pieces, showcasing a versatile texture-rich style. In 2020, Foomiy designed characters for the anime Ushigaeru wa, Mō Kaeru (featuring voice actors such as Shoko Nakagawa and Takumi Saitō). The following year, Foomiy’s first collaboration—a Sanrio Pompompurin merchandise line—was released, alongside a debut solo exhibition at Shibuya PARCO. In 2022, Foomiy partnered with LAWSON for a convenience-store collaboration and exhibited new works at Ginza Hankyu Men’s Tokyo. Alongside a thriving acting career (under the name Kasuke Tomita) in TV and film, Foomiy continues to emerge as a dynamic force in contemporary art.
