These small fragments of time eventually become memories that quietly support us.\n\nI would be happy if this work could gently evoke the warmth of those days and inspire you to look back on the precious moments they hold.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eAbout the Artist\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWakumi Kanno\u003c\/strong\u003e (Japan)\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCurrently enrolled in the Department of Intermedia Art, Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts. Kanno stitches together traces of memories that were never recorded. Through embroidery, Kanno preserves fragments of packaging and labels created for consumption and discarded once they have fulfilled their purpose, as well as the traces left behind in everyday life and memories that no longer have a name.
